How can I get your offer sheet?

What is the minimum order?

What is the production and delivery time?
a. Production is from 20 to 25 days, depending upon the high demand of our products.
What are the acceptable payment methods?
a. Acceptable payment methods are T/T and L/C at sight. We require 30% deposit upon confirmation of order and 70% balance by T/T or L/C at sight
What is the price of shipping of the container and can I use HQL Forwarder Company to do my shipping? What is the shipping FOB/CIF port?
a. Depending upon the port of delivery, prices vary. You may use our forwarder for your shipping needs.
b. The shipping port used by HQL is Ningbo and Shanghai.
May I order a free sample to test for quality?
a. Yes. If you interested in our product we will send a sample to you.We can provide free sample to you by freight collect. FEDEX, UPS or DHL will be used as the carriers.
May I mix my order?

Can I use my own logo and design on your products?
a. Yes. OEM is welcomed. Depending on the job difficulty and quantity pricing varies.
May I visit your factory?
a. We always welcome customers to our factory. Nearest airport is YiWu and Hangzhou. We will provide your ride from the airport to our factory. Before your trip please email us for further instructions.

For Our Own Factory
1. Quality Control Process
Comprehensive program from incoming inspection through shipment:
(1) Incoming raw material and components inspections, including secured warehouse facilities
(2) In-line production quality management
(3) Finished product quality inspection
(4) Pre-shipment quality review
2. Training
All production workers receive minimum of 40 hours of training annually.
20% of workers are cross trained to ensure production stabilization and optimization.
For supplier
1. Initial inquiry and factory audit
2. Quality certificates and sample quality check in house
3. Trial order with confirmed sample and related quality specifications
4. First production incoming material certification and quality assurance visit for each major process
5. Finished product 100% quality inspection by supplier and final inspection report needed.
6. Before shipment quality checks and send mass production sample for customer’s review, third party test if it is necessary.
